Guided paths
A sales process defines how an object moves through stages. For opportunities, that means reps see stage guidance, required fields, checklist items, quick actions, and components that match the step they are in.
- Processes can be active or inactive and one can be the default.
- Stages carry labels, ordering, guidance, and completion rules.
- Path and checklist components help reps follow the process on record pages.
